I had questions regarding Medicare coverage for my dad who was recently diagnosed with dementia. Honestly it was overwhelming so we called Craig at Health Insurance Services after referred by a friend. When I called the office his receptionist told me he was away on vacation….but within the hour Craig called us back because he didn’t want us worrying about this for another week. He answered so many questions and took so much time explaining everything for my mom and I to feel comfortable. We will be in his office his first day back! Thank You!
