If I could give Dr. Gould 100 stars, I would!! She is absolutely incredible, and you could not pay me to go to anyone else. My skin honestly looks better now at 38 than it did when I was 20, thanks to her. She is an expert & was a surgeon, so Dr. Gould has more medical training & experience than anyone else offering these treatments. That's one of the reasons I trust her so completely. Dr. Gould is also a perfectionist & she takes all the time you need, including explaining the process or technology involved. Dr. Gould does thread lifts (PDO), Botox, Microneedling, and she invests in the newest machines and treatments. She has Emsculpt, SculpSure, Trusculpt, CoolSculpting, Profound (skin tightening), BBL lasers, Halo (another amazing laser), Ultherapy, & even the rare Sunetics laser for hair growth (it also thickens hair). She has all the fillers you could possibly need as well: Sculptra, Volbella, Bellafill, Juvederm, Radiesse, & others as well. Every time I go into her office, she has a new machine or treatment, and then I am forced to save up more money again so I can try it!! =) I have been going to Dr. Gould for years & I am so thankful I found her when I did. You will not be disappointed!!

I had a terrible experience with this medspa. First of all my appointment was canceled on me last minute with no warning due to a mistake the manager and front desk person made. Mistakes happen, it’s ok. I show up for my appointment the next day and I sit in the lobby waiting for 35m after my appointment start time. Thirty five whole minutes. When I ask how long the treatment will take and that I may no longer have time for it as I work full time, I get attitude from the aesthetician. I then ask about microneedling, and the aesthetician tells me that they do not offer this service, while the office manager tells me that they do in the same conversation. I was also quoted two different prices. This is an unprofessional medspa that does not value customers, their business, or their time.

Had a really good experience with Dr. Gould. During the whole process, I felt very well cared for, despite normally feeling nervous in similar situations. I will definitely return to this medical spa in the future if I need treatment in the future
