I’m a fan of Bonefish and always try to visit when I’m in the US. Server (Nick) was very nice and professional. The food was good, but I remember it being better. It took a while for the bread to come out and when it arrived it didn’t feel as fresh. The oil dip for it was excellent though. Tried the corn and crab chowder. It has a little bit of heat, which is nice, and the bacon bits give it a nice crunch. Unfortunately I didn’t taste the crab meat. Also has the Bang Bang Shrimp tacos. I like the Bang Bang Shrimp as an appetizer, but not in a taco. Felt like it was missing something. I added a bit of the pesto from the bread dip which gave it a bit more flavour, but not exactly what it needed. I was just experimenting. If you want a taco get the Blackened Baja Fish Taco instead. The “Happy Hour” menu no longer has food on it (which is really too bad) and it only has discounted drinks. I still like Bonefish and would drop by again.

Visited this past Saturday for an early dinner. Not very busy at 5 and was seated right away in the bar area. Service from start to finish was excellent as we have come to expect of all locations. Unfortunately we can’t say the same for the food. This is the second time that we walked away saying it’s not what it used to be. This is the second time the scallops and or the shrimp were under cooked. The side of rice came in the shape of the scoop and was cold and tasteless. The mango salsa was forgotten and we had to wait for it to be brought out. We’ve been customers for years and this used to be our favorite……disappointed!

I took the family out for lunch. I know this is a chain but I have to say I was impressed. Food was hot, served with a care in how it looked. Our waitress was outstanding! We asked about how a particular food was prepared, although she wasn't proud of the answer she was strength forward in a very respectable polite way. We appreciate honesty over everything. Food was hot, and the portion sizes were very well done. Great experience!
