They don't answer the phone!! It's awful and a terrible business practice. I've found out I'm not the only one with this problem. Answer the dang phone!!

If you are having something shipped to you ask that they not use USPS in this area. I have had ongoing issue with packages getting marked as delivered when I was home. No attempt to deliver was ever made. When I try to go through the USPS website I just get told either I am wrong or to give it a 3 days.
