Had a Ct Scan done here. Waited in waiting room for 5 minutes. Test took literally 5 minutes. Was in and out. Great experience. No issues at all.

Would strongly encourage patients to consider other alternatives before using the services of Advanced Radiology. The issues I've experienced with them, so far, include: 1) ridiculous hold times to speak with someone to make or change an appointment (15+ minutes), 2) a radiologist's report that had multiple substantive errors in it, and 3) unreturned calls from both the office staff at the Fairfield location and from the Medical Records department. All in all, a disappointing, unsatisfactory and unacceptable experience.

Beyond giving the wrong appointment information to their patient's doctors, thus passing the wrong information onto the patient, their automated phone reminder calls the patients and tells them to show up at the wrong time. The staff are fully aware of this issue and yet they do nothing about it and expect the patients to just MAGICALLY be aware of THEIR systems failure.
