My experiences are all the same no matter if it's my truck, van or rav-4. AMAZING!! Sure, some times the job was a little bit short of AMAZING but those were the days it was very hot and late in the day(they were very drained) which I totally understood, Well, I changed what time I go and since then AMAZING EVERYTIME 👏 5 ⭐️'s all the way around... great job ladies and gents....

They did a decent job cleaning the outside of my pickup, but had to ask them to wipe off additional stuff on the inside and they somehow scratched the top of my dashboard. The owner tried his best using different stuff on the scratches to fix them, but they were too deep. He wasn't very sure that they scratched it, but I know for certain they did. At the time, My pickup had 4,000 mi on it. And based on where the scratches are, I would have noticed them immediately. Which I did as soon as I got in my pickup after it was washed. It is what it is, but I was very upset at the time.

They do a lot of detail work but I'm not sure about headlight covers. This is definitely a question for the owner.
I always take into consideration the time of day and how busy they are. Sometimes they are packed. Give 'em break, they always treat me right.
I would recommend talking to the manager at the facility.
Simply because it has to do with the service purchased & sometimes people have little compulsions to go over an area that the car wash employee cleaned but the customer may have noticed something & went back over it. If there is anything that appears more extensive then the customer can address it with the manager to have them handle it. Tip accordingly, that always helps!
