I went in here to transfer from metro pcs and buy an i phone. Due to their lack of knowledge of their own system I spent over an hour and a half waiting to get my phone they kept having to call their manager and call the service provider I even bought extra merchandise while waiting. Due to the extremely long wait time (even though I was the only one there) the “manager” told the girl to comp me three months free. I paid for the phone air pods and my first month. Never got a comp since thirty days later I had to pay my bill. Telling me one thing than doing another or having people who can’t do their job is not a good way to do business. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Usually not too busy. Been here twice. Girls are okay. But Everytime I've bought a phone and got $25 for case and screen cover the case doesn't seem to fit the phones. Buttons are off. Irritating yet not something I'm going to go back and waste time on. Because then it's oh we don't have the case. Better off buying at an auction for $5-$10.

Girls working there don't explain things for older senior's so they understand what they are saying. Very frustrating because when you try to call them they don't answer the phone.
