Pathetic. My cpap was ordered almost 4 months ago, doctors office told me I receive a call for an appointment 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on this sad business to contact me. Highly recommend using a different company.

My name is Anthony. I have been using at Home Medical for many years and have always been satisfied. Recently my health has declined and my cpap machine needed to be replaced. My order was expedited and insurance cleared in one day. But when it came to close the deal I encounterd 2 very compassionate people.Jessica and Lilybeth They were so thorough and personable and reassuring. why DOESNT anyone not answer any of the numbers I have called since receiving my small cpap maching. I cannot reach anyone to talk to, I call from 1pm to 3pm and no answers. maybe not use correctly but no one answers me.
