Local place to my home but would absolutely avoid. We scheduled an appt for a baby passport photo, brought our child, had prior approval on a photo, for the passport person to be late to their own appointment, had pushed our baby past her name time, in order for them to say a provisional birth certificate was insufficient documentation AND the prior approved photo was now not good enough. Wasted nearly an hour of our time and now we have a crying child just because of their failure to do anything correctly

Visit www.usps.com or stop in any post office and ask for a change of address packet.

The packages do not have any kind of GPS tracking.. they use tracking numbers and the drivers locations to inform you where your package is. If they left it at the wrong location then chances are whoever lives at that location probably still has your item.
