It’s interesting that someone recently wrote a poor review about “ Jane”, because last week, exactly 6 days ago (Wednesday 6/22) I left a detailed voicemail for Jane stating that I was inquiring about placing both my parents there, had questions and would like to set up a tour and I heard absolutely nothing! From that previous review, it sounds like there is some “ monetary “ judgment going on. Well, we can afford it. Let’s see if my phone rings now…. I’m definitely not impressed. What is this world coming to? No one is on the ball anymore. There are too many flaky people with zero customer service in this world still holding down a job. Disgraceful. My wife recently inquired about getting my father-in-law to this facility and was met with hostility and malevolence. The person, "Jane", discussing with my wife about her father, proceeded to talk down to her not knowing any background of the care situation. The unkindness was implying that my father-in-laws stay would not be paid for, basing some pre-conceited notion that only very wealthy could afford such a place. Do not use this place because they judge you before you even open the door.

My aunt is currently there in the rehab area and it has been a disappointing experience. The nurses do not respond,the food is awful, you can't talk to a nutritionist/dietician. Asked my case manager to get me someone to talk to about the food- haven't seen one yet. If my family wasn't bringing me food, and made sure I had some ensure and snacks, I would be starved. If you get out in the hall, you always see 3 or 4 nurses standing around talking.
