They only allow so many people in at a time, everyone else waits in a line outside

You can call the store and make a pick up and yes pay when you get there. Larger orders require a credit card over phone

Does this establishment take credit cards, if so which ones? Ive also read that businesses are set to close because of the mta bridge fiasco, is this place have a set close down date?

They do accept credit cards. $10 minimum I believe. Visa. Mastercard. Not sure about AmEx. MTA decided to renovate rather than rebuild thanks to all the petitioners in this awesome community!
