I needed to go in for a pre-emptive drug screen. I take some legal perscriptions that can give false positive, so I brought my perscription with me when I did the test. The woman who took my test said there was no way for her to pass on my perscription information to the lab and that the lab would call me. The lab never called me. When I called the clinic to get the labs number, they gave me the wrong number to call. When I called back they gave me the right phone number but the wrong specimen ID number. When I *finally* had all the information I needed and was able to contact the lab I was told my perscription had already been sent to my employer and I would need to share my *private* perscription information with my employer. When I asked if I could at least know what the results were I was told they couldn't give them to me they could only give them to my employer. THEY ARE MY RESULTS. So now I am scrambling and panicking, trying to get ahold of the company I've applied with to *very unwillingly* share my *private* perscription information so that I still have a job. This whole process was frustrating and demeaning every single step of the way.

Awful experience. I showed up at 8 AM, was asked to wait in my car because the doctor was late, then when he arrived I was asked for proof of a negative Covid test. I had to go home and take a picture of my test because they don’t test here then drive back. When I returned the wait time had more than doubled and the front desk person hadn’t checked me in prior despite it being their fault. She was super condescending and asked me how they would have checked me in without my insurance - even though they had already had me fill out paperwork. Had they told me I needed proof of a negative Covid test, I could’ve use the time I sat in my car waiting for the doctor, to go get it. The staff at the front desk was extremely rude and do not seem to care about the patient care. Do not go here. I left because I have very little confidence in them being able to actually help me rather than make money and send me out the door.
