USE WASTE MANAGEMENT instead. This company is absolutely horrible. I wish I could give negative stars. We used them at our place of business and they missed pickups, dropped the dumpster so you couldn't get the doors opened and NEVER took care of any problems. Took over 6 months to pick up the dumpster once our business moved and never returned emails or phone calls. We cancelled our service with this terrible company and went with WASTE MANAGEMENT instead...couldn't be happier.

We used Republic for trash removal services at the large commercial complex where I work. It was easy to schedule the pick ups online, they always showed up when they said they would, and we received our monthly invoice on time each month. My rep - Heather was amazing. She deserves 5 stars. We had a few billing issues and she straightened them out quickly and efficiently. If we had a problem, she was responsive, polite, and always helpful. If you have Heather as your account rep - then you are in good hands and are set up for an excellent experience. However, we lost Heather (hopefully due to a promotion for her) and were assigned a new rep. That rep never did one thing he said he would do. I gave him so many chances. I asked for a new rep, I CC'd his boss on all correspondence and nothing ever changed. So the experience with Republic could be great or a bit of a headache. My advice - only sign up if you get Heather!

This place is terrible. They only get half the trash pick ups of them lucky. I’ve called about six times already to bring it to their attention it seems like nobody cares and nothing ever changes. I know municipalities that I live in uses them and they’re talking about getting another company to do our trash pick up because these guys can’t handle it and it’s a big issue with them. There was even a newspaper article about this! I never dealt with a company in my life that there’s so many trash pick ups they probably make about 35% of our trash pick ups at best! Maybe they should pay their employees better and will find people to work for them and it would be somebody trash pick ups!
