Personal pizzas with lots of choose your own options and varied specialty pies. The churro desert pizza would probably have been better on regular dough instead of thin crust

This location is the absolute WORST. We have had issues every time we’ve ordered from here. The staff is clueless and every item out of the shop is incorrect or burnt to a crisp. They’ve given me other guests pizzas, made my pizza with half my ingredients & half someone else’s…we’ve had to request 3 refunds from this location. For the prices, they’d better get their act together. Tonight my husband waited an HOUR for an order I placed on the app that should have taken 15 min. When it came out, everything was burned. Their excuses were being understaffed, but the manager was sitting in the back doing nothing to help the struggling staff. We will never be back, that’s for sure.

Their has been two confirmed covid cases at this store and corporate has done nothing to protect both its employees or customers. No second hand cleaning. No closing to make sure conditions are safe. NothingDear Jason, As in several restaurants throughout California, we did experience an employee testing positive for covid at this location. We followed all CDC and health guidelines to notify other employees who may have been in close contact with this employee. I can also assure you that the store was thoroughly cleaned and we continue to follow enhanced cleaning procedures requiring the cleaning/disinfecting of all touch points every 30 minutes. We also ensure that our employees follow strict PPE safety procedures. We are confident our restaurant remains as safe at it can be during this pandemic. Best Pieology
