I called an order in for pick up and the lady on the phone was so so sweet and very efficient. I went to pick it up and the gal at the counter again was just so sweet. Everything was quick and the pizza and wings were delicious. I live 45 minutes away but will drive here over pizza places closer to me because of the staff and the food.

I placed an order to go and was very impressed with the customer service. I think 3 separate employees cheerfully said hello to me during the pick up. Good work.

I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. The last few times have not been great, but this time was the last for me! For my daughters bday dinner, she just wanted bone-in traditional wings. My first instinct was Jakes, but we also wanted cheese sticks, so decided on Pizza Hut. We Ordered 6 traditions NAKED wings b/c she doesn’t like any sauces, a sandwich, a pasta and cheese sticks. We live in Tekamah and got all the way home - The wings were boneless and were dripping in honey BBQ sauce. (Also boneless are $4 less than what we ordered / paid for!) The cheesestix were not cut at all. It was literally just a square cheese stick block. No one wanted the boneless wings so we had to just throw them away and my daughter didn’t get what she wanted for dinner. … Tipsy Pig was closed (Mondays) so we took her to Subway. PizzaHut has really been going downhill and this was the last straw for us - super disappointing.

You need to add the ability to customize sandwiches when ordering. We love your sandwiches but every time we order them online we have to then call the store to ask them to leave off onions or tomatoes. The store is great and does this but we shouldn’t have to make that phone call and waste their time, let us do that when ordering.
