Deric Hahn was a great salesperson to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me well-informed throughout the process of what to expect. During a time of low inventory and crazy high markups, Woodhouse Ford was very open, straightforward, and extremely fair with the pricing. Very much appreciated! The entire dealership was first-class and all interactions were pleasant. Would definitely purchase from here again.

I wish there was a way to rate the various functional areas of the business because I'd love to give the sales staff 5 stars and the finance and accessories staff one star. I actually came to Woodhouse from Lincoln because the Ford dealers in Lincoln embody every negative stereotype you can think of when it comes to car dealers. The sales team was great, friendly, open, worked with me at my pace and didn't push me towards anything other than exactly what I wanted. It all changed when I "had" to talk to the accessory lady and finance guy. I was made to feel like my decisions not to purchase expensive extras were stupid as they spoke to me in condescending tones. After declining the extras, no thanks was given or pleasantries exchanged. It seemed as though it was quite difficult for them to even manage an "okay" as they walked away. I came with a check in hand to satisfy the purchase order I was given. Knowing that, perhaps some effort should have been made to make me aware of the other options before I headed up to close the deal, but I was told it was my fault because I moved the process along too fast and that it was my fault because I didn't finance through the dealer. All the exact reasons I didn't shop local. I still give a big shout out to the sales team for getting me exactly what I wanted at a fair price, 5 stars to them and everyone else in the front end of the building near the sales floor.

Made the drive up from Omaha to purchase from Woodhouse Blair. I’m very happy with their service. Nick Myers was an awesome salesman and my maverick order went smoothly from start to finish. Best of all, they honored the price we agreed to when the vehicle was ordered and when it finally arrived, there were no hidden markups. They didn’t try to push me into any addons or unnecessary additional costs. The purchasing process went smoothly and was suprisingly quick. 10/10 best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!

My experience started with my best friend looking for a truck at a competitor. Woidhouses' competitor was unwilling to meet our expectations which brought us to Woodhouse. Without haggling, our sales advisor Theo, brought back an offer for trade allowance it was more than acceptable. Andrew and I stated exactly what was wanted how much the payments needed to be and within 10 minutes we had a purchase agreement. Anthony, the finance manager came in, went over the credit application and payment arrangements and such. The truck was whisked away for added roll bars and to be cleaned up in detail. I was not impressed with the pushy accessories gal I don't quite know her name and don't really care to as she was not a very friendly person, you could tell she was there to make money. A review of process on what is actually done and the process of which it is done should definitely be studied. My advice to her; don't speak un-intelligently to somebody that's been in the car business for a decade on the service side! Upon completion of paperwork the truck was not quite done in detail. Nonetheless my friend and I went for Mexican at a near by restaurant it was very good. Once returning we exchanged handshakes thanking each other for business and the truck. Theo, our sales advisor, flagged us down as we were leaving to give us money for our lunch which was much more than expected! Overall, the experience was much more than delightful! Woodhouse Ford just a country mile North Blair Nebraska!
