A sad day when you blame your customer for your failings. Bought a E110 from Lowe's. Lowe's was to register the sale - they did. John Deere Corporate contacted me to purchase 3 additional years of Warranty.....I did as I know how bad JD products can be. Owned one before and had 2 years of warranty work to get it right. Sent it to Central Jersey Equipment for repairs and was told it would be covered. When mower was return delivered, was tole it was over $200.00 COD!!! REALLY??? Call to the dealership. Seems that Centra; Jersey Equipment entered the serial number incorrectly, but tried to blame Lowe's first, then me for the mistake. Maybe the Ackerman family needs to invest in sone TRAINING. LOOKING FOR A NEW DEALER NOW!!! 07/26/2022 - SCREWED A SECOND TIME by Central Jersey Equipment!!! Warranty work and dealer cannot get parts????? Allegedly back ordered until SEPTEMBER 2022!!!! SHOP ANYWHERE ELSD BUT HERE!!! ADDENDUM As an update, once a gentleman named Ian got involved, he had a solution in less than 5 days. We spoke on Tuesday, he had a part overnighted from Atlanta on Thursday, was in my lawn tractor on Friday and returned that day. KUDO'S to Central Jersey Equipment for having Ian on their team and going forward, it is the " homeowner customer" not the commercial purchaser that will make or break a business. Commit to customer service (as was the case with Ian) and live it every day. This will KEEP customers. Lawn tractor is back at home and running well.

Dennis and his parts team at Central Jersey are Great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Always there to help get you the part and advise you need the get your equipment up and running as quick as possible. When we, as consumers walk up to the parts counter, we expect them to have every part for our machinery in stock. Thats not reality. The parts department is only a small part in a big system. Dennis, Lynn, Courtney, Marty and all others do there best to keep us going! We and Central jersey are lucky and fortunate to have such a valuable team!

You may have contacted the wrong person. I dont do service work on mowers. Try cental jersey equipment. Or weavers equipment.
