I would give zero stars, but I have to put at least one for it to allow me a comment. I am writing in grievance of Dr. Ian Kim. I will be writing everyday to you and corporate offices, yes every. Single. Day. Until something is done. I will not go away. I am worse than COVID. I am reporting him for the following: 1. He refused to let my counselor oversee my appointment, which has to be against policy. 2. Refuses to let my family take part in my care either, which is also against your own policies. 3. Refuses to give me a test that Corporate Nurse Holly told me was within my patients rights to ask for/request, much like requesting to have a drug test retested. It is my patient rights according to Crossroads. Even if he chooses to deny science, I deserve to have one done for my own peace of mind. 4. Gaslights me over my mental health, and yes I mean in the proper use of the term, not the watered down version used on TikTok rants. That has to be against policy somewhere. It is against humanity, that is for sure. There are many many more, but these are the things that I can prove and that violate your own companies code of ethics. This is an egregious misuse of authority, bureaucracy run a muck with no checks and balances, simply wielding your power over us scummy addicts, destroying me every way you possibly can. It is abhorrent, unethical, and unprofessional.

I have been at crossroads for over a year now. I have been treated with the utmost respect by all the staff at the center and have been able to stay clean and plan for my future since i discovered crossroads. This center and their dedicated staff has given me the tools, motivation, and determination to move forward with my life by giving me a life altering second chance. I couldnt be happier with crossroads treatment center and its staff.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone needing these services. It's clean, quick, efficient, and safe. And the doctor is great to work with. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
