Awful experience. They don't care about people. Billing department was very rude. Still got nothing resolved. Recommend finding another company for medical supplies.

Dr. Sent order for replacement machine. Set up as rental not purchase. Sent letter to Atrium Health President. Shelby location very rude to insurance co. Still not resolved. Unacceptable

No, I don't....they took very good care of my Mom, though, on several occasions!They do take care of Medicare patients, but not sure about Medicaid!
