The woman at the main desk (assuming manager) was pushy, aggressive, combative, argumentative, negative and generally unpleasant and unhelpful. I was hoping this could be my new Verizon store, but I would rather drive much farther than be have to deal with that attitude.

Can not believe the good reviews of this store. I was there this week 2 hrs in store amd told my new plan would be 85 then learn it would be 106. Do not believe what you are told call corporate I wont post her name but can't believe they hire such unprofessional dressed and rude employee. After 17 yrs I am done with Verizon thanks to her
