My first time dealing with Family Medical Supply and my rep Meredith. Due to my constant schedule change I had to change my appointment date with Meredith. She was very patient and flexible with moving my appointments. On the day of my appointment I arrive to the small office, and greeted warmly as I checked in. Meredith explained everything in detail and I found my first experience buying a CPAP machine to be effortless. I left knowing every detail, how to clean and care for my machine as well as the financial expectations. I look forward to working with Meredith again.
