Used to work there, awful. Lead tech let everyone know peoples personal business and come to find out, have yet to be fired. Worked super hard for the company and came to them with issues and got told I was a problem. Certain rules only apply to certain people. Other girls get away with wearing above the finger tip shorts, but when I had an injury on my leg my shorts barely came above finger tip length and got in trouble. Supervisors have attitude problems and if they’re having a bad day it’s okay for them to talk a certain way to you and nothing gets done about it. Assistant supervisor thinks it’s okay to come at people with an attitude instead of a nice gentle approach and expect you to deal with it. Absolutely will never be working for this company again. Extremely toxic work environment.

very judgemental! favoritism is higher than their production rate! Worked on Miter line for 3 weeks just to be the talk of the department. My lead (Rachel) was not the help that management think she is. Talked to me any kind of way, got frustrated when i would need help, or when i would have a problem with my machine, and she would run back and complain to her friends on the line. Couldn’t come to her for management advice or anything, and the final two days that I needed to explain my experiences to, my main manager of the department wasn’t even there. gave me a review 3 weeks after my start date to decide that they want to fire me. And it’s funny because if management was better and HE actually listened to employees, then I wouldn’t even be typing this review. I’ve been waiting for this to happen so that people interested in working here would know the struggles behind their doors. Great company but the management ruins that. I did like the pay, but as far as the discrimination and all that i received, my attorney is going to love this story. He will have fun in court!

This Is a horrible place to work, HR is horrible. They don’t help all they do is sit around on there computers and phones all day they don’t do there jobs. Emily brings her baby to work with her but when mother’s are in need she doesn’t offer or try to help. The company has changed over the years due to the management. They are horrible. They don’t want to pay hard workers or they don’t like to move a good worker up in a better position. They hold you to your position and judge you from what others say! They will give a easy position to those who they hold favoritism for but those they don’t like they make it hard for them and they give them the hardest positions. They also don’t inform there workers that others on the line have the Covid-19. The only way you will find out is through someone else not HR or management itself. They don’t check temperatures or clean there building after others have been sick and worked on that same machine. You also have to use your bucket hours if you test positive for Covid or you want have a job. They don’t pay you and when it’s time to file your unemployment they don’t answer or return your call backs. Be careful if you are coming or trying to work at this company they are not true to there staff and they only treat certain ones they like with respect and care. If you aren’t a favorite you will be treated horribly and your pay will too!

I had an interview here last Wednesday and the shift I applied for was 3rd shift. I was told that we worked Mon-Thurs 10 HR shifts and some Fridays so to answer your question, yes you get the weekends off and starting pay for 3rd shift is 12 an hr with a $1 shift differential
