They did a great job diagnosing my screen issue that wouldn't allow me to transfer data to my new phone. They did a temporary screen fix so my data could be transfered to my new phone. I was a little disappointed that I wasn't able to get same day service as it was my day off and I was on a time limit to be able to get my old phone back to the insurance claim center, but overall I was very satisfied with my experience.

So I dropped my phone and the screen wouldn't work after that. I called these guys after AT&T recommended them. The guys on the front counter are a little slow but they're nice so that made it better. A little pricey but I got my phone fixed good as new in one day! Thanks guys

They didn't call me or email me once after I took my device in. They didn't fix it. Which is frustrating but not why I'm giving a one star review. I took it to them on a Friday and had to call them on Sunday to be informed that they couldn't fix it. There was no way I could get there on time which meant I had to wait until Monday after I was off work. I could have contacted Verizon as soon as I knew it was a lost cause and got a working phone sooner. Other than that the staff was friendly when they were in communication. Though it took a long time for someone to come out to the barren waiting room both times I was in. Could really use a TV or even just some magazines or something in there since people are likely there to fix a phone and don't have anything else to do while they wait for someone to finally come out to help.

Don't know. When I went to get my "old" Samsung Edge's (5 yrs.at least) top screen replaced due to multiple cracks from dropping it, they needed to find one available, labor was $70, so repair was going to be at least half to 2/3 cost of a similar new phone. They encouraged buying a new phone w/ improved features & performance, which i did & am glad they said so!!😁
