I don't live here but my client I work for does and from what I see on a daily basis the price they are asking for is not worth it. I always see trash everywhere and the apartments in person is nothing like how they show on the website. They look like they should be based off of income. Totally not worth the asking price for rent. Also it's only one way in and one out but the apartments sits down in a secluded area away from the road which is neat but leaving out during a bad snow storm or icy roads is unlikely. I wouldn't move here but to each its own.

This place is not what they make it seem , office is very rude act like they don’t have patience , some apartments have bad bug problems and all they can do is put you on the list for the pest control which really don’t help at all , house never been nasty at all always clean we have nasty next door neighbors. They also told me I can find my own pest control which is very rude. Rent is way to expensive for it not to be clean inside or coming with bugs & etc. don’t recommend.

I haven’t been able to reach anybody regarding my application. I’m working in a time sensitive manner. Very frustrating process. I spoke to a regional manager who was supposed to get back to me and he didn’t. As a result I lost my section 8 voucher I had for five years. I wouldn’t recommend this place to live. Very poor management.
