Wouldn’t recommend to any pet owner, came in for a simple nail trim, received quick service where a worker man handled my small dog and cut several nails short which resulted in my dog bleeding all over the floor, when I mentioned she was cutting the nails too short and pointed out my dogs bloody paws this women had the audacity to look at me and say she’s not gonna bleed out! Furious! Who has so little respect for animals, guest, and customers so beyond disappointed seeing people like this in the animal care industry! Do your pet a favor and do it yourself or at the very least don’t walk them through those door! Amen

My dog has gone there since she was a pup very relaxed and I love elevated bath tubs for my back.

Thanks Jenny! Yes, we are closed on Mondays, but only for the time being! I think this question was asked back when the business was up for sale. We are up and running, but still at reduced hours... We hope to get back to 6 days/week very soon!

Any shot requirements for pups out age limits?

Currently, we do not require proof, but prefer that all dogs are current in their vaccinations. There is no age limit, but again they should be old enough to be out and about and possibly interacting with other dogs (not necessarily, but it happens). In terms of older dogs, they should be able to get up the ramps, or you must be able to lift them into the waist-high tubs. We are currently exploring harness-lift ideas for dogs that are unable to get in or be lifted, and handicapped dogs.
