Great experience with Valerio at NYC Sleepare. Arrived early and he accommodated me right away. Gave great explanations regarding styles of the different brands to choose the best one for me. Assisted with all purchasing steps and explained the delivery method. Mattress arrived on-time and it met all expectations that Valerio said it would. Very happy with entire experience!

I bought a pillow and mattress from SleePare store in NYC in June 2022. The sales rep was really knowledgable and patient. My experience in the store was very good. I mainly want to comment on the return process, which was different from the bad reviews I read. After receiving both items, I wanted to return them but started to worry I wouldn’t get my money back after reading so many bad reviews about the return process. However I actually had a good experience with their customer service. Faria helped me with the entire process for both returns, as well as a price match inquiry. She returned all my phone calls and emails promptly and was always polite. She even sent an email in writing to confirm what we spoke about on the phone after I asked for one. Bruce, the customer service manager, was also very professional when I spoke with him to give my CC info for the refund. He clearly informed me of when it would be processed, how long it would take, etc. The person responsible for picking up the mattress called me to me schedule a date to pick up the mattress right away. They came on time and the pickup only took a few minutes. I will mention refunds did take some time to be processed (pillow took about a week, mattress took about 3 weeks from when it was picked up), but I sent a few reminder emails and Faria always responded. Since only managers are able to process the refunds, I think Faria did her best to relay the open request to her managers. Eventually I called about the mattress return and Faria helped to expedite the refund so I received it the next day. I’m not sure if the customer service team has changed since the other reviews were written, but I got the impression that the customer service team is genuinely willing to help and honor their return policy. They are probably very busy, but if you are patient you will get your refund back :)

Any mattress fits with adjustable base, the only question is if the mattress is lower than 14 inch height.
