Absolutely love my experience with this studio. Learned so much in such a little amount of time. It’s crazy how pole dancing is one of the most athletic and feminine things a woman can do.

Astrid is an amazing teacher and dancer. I did an intro class and learned how to do a basic spin on the pole which was so much fun. Her performance at the end had me near tears 😭 she inspires me to want to get better and more flexible because she turns pole dancing into pure ART and has such impressive core strength. The class also encourages you to see yourself in the mirror and feel good about yourself.

Please DO NOT listen to the negative reviews!!!!! I recently came here for an Intro to Pole Class with Tina and had an amazing experience. Had I listened to the negative reviews, I certainly would’ve missed out. I had a positive experience from the very beginning. I called to get some information and there was no answer so I left a voicemail. Within a few minutes, Jen texted my phone with all the info I needed to sign up for a class. The process was quick and I was able to sign up online. I took a class on a Sunday afternoon. The studio is very nice. It’s on a Main Street, but I was able to find parking very easily. The studio has 3 rooms from what I saw. They have great professional grade X-Poles that are LONG! I love this because it’s a lot easier to learn certain transitions on longer poles and overall just more fun when learning climbs, inversions, etc. They use 45mm poles in the studio. I believe there is only one bathroom but it was very CLEAN which I appreciated. Tina taught the class and she is a true professional and a great instructor. I have taken several other pole dancing classes and I can say that Tina has been one of the better instructors I’ve encountered. She stresses proper technique when teaching which is so important and not always emphasized enough. I pole danced for years, but I haven’t taken a class in a long time so she helped me clean up a lot of the basics. We surprisingly covered a lot in just one hour. I was impressed. We did introductions, a warm up, learned floor work, spins, and a climb. It was so much fun. Tina is such a beautiful spirit both inside and out and I appreciated her transparency about her pole dancing journey. I found her fun, relatable, and easy to talk to. A huge thanks to Tina for helping out my friend, Kenny and me. I’d also like to mention that Jen, followed up with me after I took my class to see how my experience was. This was the type of customer service that I live for. This place is such a gem! New Jersey is lucky to have you.

Hello, For pricing you should visit a open house as the owner is always running specials. Depending which classes and how many prices may vary.
Like any fitness journey, pole fitness takes dedication, time, and effort. Each individual's journey is unique. It's certainly not easy, but it is most definitely rewarding. I strongly suggest trying out a class!
Yes, as long as you're taking a class.
They play a variety of music.. Depending on which class you take. Each instructor is different and they teach different flows so one day you might dance to cardi, then the next class could be pop. So it's based on the class, if you are having a party here you can provide you own music if you like!
No, pole has kids teen and tween classes. Not just for Pole but for aerial hoops, hammocks, and silks. There's a wide array of classes like flexibility and non traditional ballets classes.
