Had a return... Great customer service and products! Got my refund in 3 days. Will definitely order again and support this business in the future.
For instrument/equipment testing, you must make an appointment. Jim or someone else will go over the full guidelines, but basic social practices and PPE required (i.e.: masks).
For instrument service/repair, they will quarantine your instrument for 5 days before working on it.

Prices can vary from $200 dollars depending on the instrument there are many things but they are expensive it is true but visit it and see what you think
Hello.
Do you repad bass clarinets? If you do, how much do you charge for one to low Eb? I would like to install a peg with a holder to it. Can you do it?
