** BE AWARE ** The have many fees in their lease and many rules! There’s no storage available and there’s a fine for everything. There’s barely any benefits of this other than the Wi-Fi being included at an additional cost and it’s a roof over your head. The price is definitely not worth it. I love Kia she’s responsive and kind. However, this property is simply not worth it. I pay 1.2K+ for a 2br2ba and literally 3 windows and barely any square footage after furniture.

Upstairs neighbors are obnoxiously loud. Playing loud music and stomping around at all hours of the day and night. Told the office staff and they do nothing. Trash is always piled up by the dumpster. Place is run down. Nothing ever gets fixed. Place is a joke Stay as far away as possible. I cannot wait to move.

Don’t stay here! My parents leased an apartment here for ten years and paid on time every single month. They were the best tenants you could have, never caused any problems. Well my dad died and my mom was in the hospital so my sister in law and I went up there to find out what we needed to do to get out of their lease so my mom could move home with us. We talked to Jasmine, the property manager, and she told us we just needed to give them a 30 day notice and pay that months rent and that would be it. We did that a week later when we spoke to Kia. Come to find out when that month was almost up we found out that we were supposed to sign something. Jasmine swears she told us that but we were both there and neither remembered it. We went back and forth and finally got out of the lease after signing that paper and having to pay extra for the prorated part that we went ‘over’ that thirty days. I went back up there to turn the keys in and nobody was in the office even though someone should have been there during those hours. They are rarely in the office and good luck getting them on the phone. Jasmine and Kia are both very rude and will lie To you in a heartbeat. If you do decide to lease there, make sure you have everything in writing or email so you can prove what they have and haven’t told you.
