⚠️ Stay away alert ⚠️ Please dnt go to this place… to save money . Super over priced for not even good food… If you still want to go there and have food please dnt take any extra packages… it is not worth it. Dnt know if it was ever good but our experience was not at all good…. We will never go there… nor Recommend to anyone… Lot of other options around this place… Please find an alternative for this place… Only good thing happened here was Photographer: Irene… she was kind and got us couple of beautiful pictures ( they are separate charge but worth taking those pictures) No vegetarian options Falsely advertised as Revolving restaurant and there is nothing like that… Most of all on a mid summer day… AC was not working…. Fruit flies were everywhere…

Great view. That was the only great part of our dinner. The Air Conditioning was not working, so it was hotter that hades. They had a small, mobile A/C unit that helped a bit; but they took it away before our food came. The Escargot was fine, the the drinks were fine, the bisque and the wine were fine. The risotto was average, the duck was average, and the Delmonico was at best average. We went elsewhere for dessert (we were melting in our seats by this point)

We came to celebrate Easter at Cite and partook in the Easter Brunch experience that was prepaid for via Open Table. It was $125/person for the brunch. The views from the restaurant were immaculate and the wait staff was very nice. The experience however was not the best. The communication between the wait staff and their knowledge or the prepaid meal was lacking. We asked one of our waiters if we were all set to go since we did not drink any alcoholic beverages and he checked and said we were. As we were walking out we got stopped by another waiter presenting us another receipt of $425+. I informed him that we had prepaid on Open Table and it included everything and he had no clue what I was talking about and had to call his manager. We were awkwardly waiting by the exit as he did this and the manager came up and said that drinks were not included in the brunch. So we ended up paying an additional $50 for 5 Coca-Colas and two waters on top of our $375 meal (three people). I am not only upset with the fact they charged us for tiny sodas but at the fact they made us feel so uncomfortable after we had been told that we were set to go. The decor in the restaurant is very tacky and out of date so the limited inside pictures are deceiving. The poles were wrapped in fabric and the chair covers were also old looking.

Lets be real, you only come here for the view! And yes, its amazing. The rest? Not so much. Food is below average, extremely expensive considering the quality of it. Salmon was bland, quinoa tasted like it was store bought. The only tasty thing was the sauce and it wasn't enough of it. You do get a couple of slices of bread with a side of butter on the house. The staff was super nice. Evelyn was very attentive. Yes, there are spiders on the outside of the windows.

They say men must have a collared shirt, but there were several exceptions the evening I dined there. You'll probably feel out of place without. I did nice pants & a dressy top, which was fine. No need to go overboard unless you want to feel special.
depends what you order but 30 - 150 their menu is online with prices
Yes. You park in the parking garage. And once u get into Cite the hostess will ask u right away if u need ur parking validated.
yes it is. you can look up their menu and see the prices
Yes
I'm not sure of the difference. I ordered the NY Strip and my wife had the Filet Mignon. Both prepared to perfection.
I used spothero to find $15 parking on Grand about a block or so away. Their website says valet parking on site and limited self parking on grand and navy pier.
No there is no hourly fees..they validate parking also
I would call them if you have a concern. They are a restaurant with a full liquor license. As long as an underage patron isn't sitting at the bar, there shouldn't be an issue with eating at the restaurant.
Its ok
