I scheduled a tour for 2br apartment. The guy confirmed the time with me, and I received the confirmation text. On the day on the appointment I received another text asking me to confirm right before the appointment and I confirmed (again). I drove an hour to get there, once I arrived I called them and they didn’t pick up the phone. I went to look for the leasing office, the door was locked and there were only construction workers inside. I called the leasing office guy several times to let him know I was outside, but he never answered the phone. I also called the number shown on their website and nobody picked up either. It is very disrespectful to waste other peoples time like that. They set up a visit for me, confirmed twice just for them to end up ignoring my calls on the scheduled visit. I must also mention that trying to find parking just to visit this place was a nightmare I drove around for good 20 mins trying to find a spot. I had to park 3 blocks away just to get there just to be stood up. I don't know how tenants deal with the parking situation but this will be a big pass. Don't even bother with these place. One last thing, they claim they have 2br apartments available which is false advertising, all they have is a regular bedroom with a den. A small den with no windows is considered a second bedroom according to them. Is that even legal? I don't know. Will take my business else where.
