I have been a member if another gym for the past 5 years I discovered freedom fitness on my commute to rockingham its very clean and has well maintained equipment and the staff is super friendly I usually go there every Friday I'd definitely recommend this gym

Hi, for membership rates please call the gym during our regular business hours. We have our standard rates on our website but we constantly have new specials that you can participate in. As far as what to wear, we don’t have a dress code but shoes and shirt are required at all times. Hope this helps & we hope to see you soon!
