Yes. There are a few parallel spots right out front, a regular parking lot right beside it that wraps around behind some other buildings and another huge lot across the street and behind those buildings (there's a lovely alleyway beside Patton's Restaurant which you can use to bring you right in front of Discovery Place; you'll just have to cross the street). All the parking is free by the way.
