I will never understand this state. How can a state charge so much in property taxes and yet nothing ever changes? This state really has no motivation to improve itself. Where does all our property tax money go? Have you seen Camen? Have you seen Newark? NJ can't even get the lead out of its drinking water and everything is extremely old and outdated. In south jersey, every home needs at least $40k in repairs just to make it livable. You would think that the state that charges the most in taxes would also be the nicest and most up to date, but it's the complete opposite here. How does that even remotely make sense? Why won't anyone do anything to help the situation?

I already sent in my paperwork and DD214 but did not get a response
How do we get to speak to someone
Yes
Google publication NJ-WT, on page 9 you will find more information about this. All the best!
Each municipality has a phone number to the collector and assessor's office usually on its website. However, if you call the division and ask for the phone number for Local Property Tax Branch and there is such a complied list, I'm sure they'd point you toward it. You may even want to just Google "New Jersey Tax assessor's list per municipality"...something like that. The number for the Division's customer service call center is 1 (609) 292-6400. 8:30 am, the lines open...maybe a few minutes earlier.
Where do we get the dd214 form. Do we have to call the Veteran's Administration.
New Jersey assesses a 6.625% Sales Tax on sales of most tangible personal property, specified digital products, and certain services unless specifically exempt under New Jersey law.
There's 2 securities out there parked up on the yellow lines against the sidewalk you can ask them to park there and they usually say yes but that's about the only place in their lot because they have assigned parking otherwise you will have to find parking in the street
You'll want to contact the Social Security Administration.
2021 forms are available on our website. Please contact your third-party provider to confirm availability of forms within their software.
The phone number for our Customer Service Center is 609-292-6400. However, you can also send us a direct message on our social media platforms. Facebook or Twitter are best.

It depends is it federal or state?
Go to www.njtaxation.org Click on the Individuals Tab Under Payments, click on Payment Plan Information. Read through the guidelines and either fax the completed form to the fax number or mail the form to the address on the form.
Go on nj division of taxation website and just like the IRS page it tells you your refund status. Scroll down the page and you will see my refund status.
If you put it on the return it probably came from a 1099 INT or 1099 DIV which your bank or broker would have sent you.
Suggest you call the main number or visit your local branch. You can find this info online for locations.
I believe pension is only taxation in your state of residence.
Anyone who isn't confused doesn't really know what's going on in here.
Are you being audited? If so, directly to the auditor.
Where do I find the amount the exemption amount is for 1 exemption , such as, is it $1,000 , $2,000, etc. I have looked on ever page that the form says to look at and it is not clear at all. I need a numerical amount.
It is on your deed.
The State of New Jersey issued me a check that was lost, stolen or destroyed, or that can't be cashed because the cash by date has passed. How do I get a replacement? Old (stale-dated) Checks. If you have the check, send it along with a letter requesting a replacement check to the New Jersey Division of Taxation at the address below. DO NOT write the word VOID anywhere on the check. Keep a copy of the check for your records. NJ Division of Taxation Taxpayer Accounting Branch PO Box 266 Trenton NJ 08695-0266 If you do not want to use the mail, you can return the check to one of our Regional Information Centers.
A NJ 2013 tax return should have been filed to get it back as a refund. Check with your CPA. .
