Young man at the front desk was personable, wearing his hat on backwards, seemed not too professional. WiFI was sketchy, TV in our room wasn't working right, but we didn't report. No breakfast included in the room price, but the kitchen was serving breakfast for a fee. We ate there, and it was good. No pet area designated. Very dated property.

Positive: Personally, I liked the room space, definitely had a lot of room and had good furniture. Negative: We had an issue with the tv and we had called staff and they said they would send someone to check it out but never followed through. Which affected our stay cause we couldn¿t watch tv. Breakfast was not served on Sunday.

Was a decent room but the service was just sad. We pre-booked the hotel & prepaid. When we got there, it took them nearly 30min to get us checked in at 6:30pm... Gave us a room with no balcony & breakfast said 7am but they made all guests wait till 9 because of a tour bus

I was here for 2 weeks at the start of 2022, and for the most part I was happy with it. My one issue is that 3 days in they were booked solid and made the choice to stop housekeeping services for any room that wasn't changing guests that day. For a guest who would only be there a couple of days I can see it, but it was a odd choice for someone who was there as long as I was. I had to ask to have my trash taken out and to get fresh towels more than once. If I hadn't have had a second bed I would have asked for fresh sheets after the first week too (I switched instead). Oddly by that point they were taking out the trash and giving me towels without me asking about every other day, but didn't touch the bed. However, when I did ask for something they were very prompt and nice about it. I had nice little chats with the people at the front desk too. I also personally appreciate that they are pet friendly. I didn't have my fur ball with me, but I got to make friends with multiple doggies- yet there was NO pet smell at all in the hotel.
