Their staff is terrible. They don't fill out paperwork properly, take no accountability and will hang up on you. They see too many patients to care about one case. Their priorities are numbers, not patients. Don't go here if you're motivated to get better.

I am truly impressed with the professional staff at RWJ. They are all friendly and made us feel welcomed! My daughter is a high school athlete who sustained multiple injuries which required PT. She was assigned to Becky who took EXCELLENT care of her. Becky was super attentive to my daughter and would often rearrange her schedule to fit my daughter in for a PT session. For each injury we chose Becky. When it came time for my PT needs, I chose Becky too! Super attentive, knowledgeable, flexible, and caring. She’s our ‘Go To’ physical therapist!!!

I thank God for Edison, Ed for short, for his amazing skills. He’s restored my prior 106 pound body’s loss of muscle mass. Terri, the receptionist “had me at Hello!” Donna and Theresa at the front desk are super accommodating with scheduling, payments and have a wonderful sense of humor! Muna, Siri, Chin, Skylar, Moses, (sorry about the spelling!) All staff, assistants and even patients are cheerful guardian angels all encouraging you to get better! Love this place!
