Absolutely hands down one of the finest healthcare institutions we have been involved with. We travel from north of Harrisburg for the care of our daughter with Dr. Solomon the care she receives at Cooper is incredible from the PICU nurses to the dietary staff, respiratory therapy even housekeepers are so friendly. Everyone so personable yet professional they introduce themselves speak to you not at you, so accommodating. Truly patient & family care & satisfaction driven. In these times of healthcare employees shortages you hear no complaining from the employees always upbeat and right there with call bell response. Cannot recommend Cooper highly enough, so thankful for this hospital and Dr. Solomon and the entire staff.

First of all, they need to do something about the seasoned Registered Nurses, picking on the Newer RN’S.. it’s really pathetic! They are the future of the hospital, but you allow that to go on! They don’t train them , they show them a little and then sit down at the computer or on their phones while the new nurse does everything.. You also see patients in the hallways, which is against the rules.. I don’t know how that hospital even keeps anybody.. The emergency room is terrible also. Nothing’s going to get done about it because the Doctors talk down to the nurses and the nurses mistreats the new nurses.. Terrible hospital all around!!! And that educator Nancy doesn’t know anything… She needs to learn how to do her job!

I had surgery on my kidney in 2019 to remove a tumor. After the surgery, my wound wouldn't close. I had several appointments to follow up and try different "procedures" to fix the issue. In 2020, I was back again to get my gall bladder out. I arranged to have a plastic surgeon close the wound. Later, I found out the a stitch was left in me (after a year and a half) ! (Shouldn't the doc have mentioned that?!?!) As a patient, I trusted him and that was a terrible mistake. I will never let him put hands on me again. After all this time, I am still so angry. I should also mention that all of the other docs and nurses have been supportive and helpful. I will just have to find a new kidney doc.

I'm not sure I can honestly answer that question. I was a patient there in 1990 when I was 11 and I was in the Oncology ward. They could be backed up because of the covid. Sorry your having trouble and wish I could be of more help.
No, but they have a every day rate.
There's a good chance that they will accept them. Call and ask to speak to someone from administration and I'm sure they would like to meet with you.
A nurse on the floor just said that masks are required but proof of vaccination is not.

Call your bank and insurance companies and notify them of the theft. They will stop the cards and replace with new ones Call the Social Security office for advise on what to do about your social security card being stolen. I'm not sure what the protocol for that is. Also notify the police, not sure what they will be able to do, but if anything does happen with the thief using your identity or such, at least it will be on record and you will have a copy of the police report if needed for anything.
