Yes
How much
I have to do that as well with my son because i forgot to sign his birth certificate but you have to go to the v vital statistics office in the county your child was born and tell them you would like to edit or add the father name to the certificate which i think it cost now and also i was told that its hard to do that when you didn't do it when your child was born
Not sure how Answer. Do mean by phone or mail?
I almost certain you have to schedule an appt. with MVC first take any 6 pts with you (so they know you are who you say you are) They'll need birth certificate, ss card, or ATM card, and a bill with your name and address on it(for proof of address). Then with 7-10 business days you'll get copy ID in the mail. Good Luck!
There is paid parking across the street
I don't know i went up there
Yes from 8:30 to 3:30 Monday through Thursday
No appointment needed. I dont recall what the cost of a new birth certificate was, perhaps $20. But you do need at least that, your I.D. and about 15 mins. Very easy and straightforward process.
I would double check with the cashier clerk in room 117 at City Hall. But I believe it should be vital statistics of Camden New Jersey.
If she was born in Camden they should have it on file
I would contact the Bureau of Vital Statistics (in Camden) either via phone or email, and see what steps they recommend.
In person takes about 20 minutes. If it's possible, it's worth the trip.
Yes
It cost me $20
Where you actually got your vaccination done. I had my vaccine at CVS. So CVS can get me my vaccine card.
