I been using this company and they keep raising the bill and every time you want to talk to the sales rep they say they’ll give you a call but they never do it’s been months and it’s almost impossible to talk to a sales rep. I guess they never leave the office??

Customer service is exceptional. Extremely courteous and issues get dealt with promptly. Robin Kirkley, our account manager exceeded our expectations with a problem. All the ladies I had spoken with about moving a receptacle were very courteous as well. Great company.

We just signed up for there service less than a month ago. Since the 1st week, they missed a pickup. 2nd week they missed both pick ups. 3rd week missed a pick up. And now this week was suppose to come Monday. No call or show. Trash pill up and neighbors help us daily by picking up trash and taking to dump and in there trash cans. As we own over 100+ stores and 8 being in Maryland I tried to give them a chance because of rate. Worst business mistake of my life. Never have I been embarrassed in communities I love and do business in. We call they say the driver has 15 stops ahead of you. Guess what that was mm day. I wouldn’t even give them a star I would do -5 negative 5. If they do not remove that dumpster by Aug 18th I will be calling all news outlets and sharing why baltimore streets have so much trash. Because businesses we pay to pick up trash DONT.

Company regularly misses pickups and does not care about rectifying the issues they create. They have the gall to claim they “accidentally” missed your location and then don’t see to it that you get services promptly or even a credit to your account. Customer service is poor and snarky. Managers lie and say they will call you, and they never do. They know once you have a contract, you are locked in…and they don’t care.
