Ever since I started Hapkido Im feeling much better about myself this was the best school I have ever been too I have been training for a few months and I feel so positive about myself when I'm training I feel confident because i have one of the best instructors, Master David Herbert has been teaching me a lot of things about Hapkido and he is one of the best people I know. World Martial Arts Center Happy Kicks has inspired me to be who I really am.

I am taking this class totally free via zoom. The instruction is very precise and useful. It helps me feel more confident about self defense. There are many good information in the class.

I've been taking self defense classes through Zoom with Grandmaster Herbert over the last month in response to the rise in AAPI hate incidents. At first, I was skeptical of how much I could actually learn virtually. To my surprise, I have learned a lot as the instructions are very clear and practical. He demonstrates the movements very clearly and patiently explains why a particular strategy is employed. It is all super clear and he makes the class engaging, challenging and fun. Highly recommended for virtual or in person learning!

Five stars for Grandmaster Herbert and his martial arts school! I have been taking classes via Zoom with Grandmaster Herbert and I have concluded he is an outstanding instructor who generously shares his knowledge, skills, and wisdom. He gives clear and understandable instructions, models the moves, guides our practice, gives each student clear and effective feedback, and makes adjustments as necessary. I have gained confidence, strength, skills and motivation to participate in this workout and to practice the moves between classes. It is a pleasure to learn from such a caring individual!

The Grandmaster has worked with children for over 47 years, including multi-handicapped and special needs children from the deaf and blind, wheelchair-bound and with cerebral palsy. He says “every class is not for every child however every child has potential and with the right patience, guidance and full support of the parents, every true master can find and unleash the full potential of their child.”
