I'm so sick of these Property Companies! Money Hungry for sure! It's $40 to check-out key, $50 for application, and I paid $372 fee to hold the property even if your application is not approved! Takes a few days to get your money back.... I should get my money back as soon as I'm denied. This is ridiculous!! Oh and Kelly, at first she didn't want to take my court ordered child support.... It's income Right?? Then To top it all off they gave me a key to view a roach motel. They didn't even have the Audacity to Clean it!! I'm really sick of these companies getting over on Good people. Can't wait until a Honest Company comes along! Kelly is a liar too! You didn't even call to verify my last apartment...The owner of company is Not for the People!!! Change is Coming SOON!
