I visited the store to buy a cervical collar, but before I went I called to make sure they had the product I wanted, the gentle that answered the phone was very pleasant and friendly. The store does not look like much from the outside, don't let that discourage you. They carry a range of medical supplies, and most importantly the customer service is EXCELLENT, I will highly recommend this store. servuces

The insurance company have by law between 1 - 14 days to give an approval, providing that all the necessary paperwork are in. In some case they may request an extension depending on the item. In the case of a small item, i have seen they approve it the same or a few days later, so it all depends on the item.
You can get a walker/rollator in two ways: 1. You can purchase it with cash or 2. You can get it with a prescription from your doctor.
