Came 3 times and all 3 times there was a note on the door be back in 10 min. One time I waited a hour before some one came back. They offer grow supplies but no one has any knowledge on said products. They say their spread thin on staffing. Grow equipment isn't cheap and it's worrisome to buy something that you don't know everything about. Also very expensive. I need an EC meter and a jam and went to them to get one, they only carry one and the price of it was $42. I'm unfamiliar with the brand so I wanted to look it up and found it on Amazon for only 23. A 90° elbow that I pay .42¢ at my normal grow shop was $3.30 at this location. The staff mentioned that all smokers choices are going to have the homegrown outlet added onto their stores. I recommend going else where for grow equipment

Awful customer service. Rude manager . Asked if he worked there and he said he was shopping. We went on to have an attitude when i reached behind counter to grab a product (as i thought the employee was a customer because that is what he stated) later to find out he was the “manager” . Was cashed out and cashier was rude. Prices are expensive. As a small business owner this type of service is laughable. Take your business elsewhere .

These folks are taking safety as a priority. Nobody in the store... Order by phone and pick up in the parking lot. Be patient when you call to order... You'll get a busy signal for a while. ( Or you could just pull right up to the front door in your car and someone will come out to get your order)
