This place is terrible. 2 cars ahead of us and it took 20 minutes to get to the order box. We ordered, waited another 5 minutes to get to the pick up window. 20 minutes later we still haven't gotten our food. Wife went inside to get our food after pulling up to wait on chicken tenders. Had to order tenders because they had no chicken sandwiches. This is not our first bad experience here. Seems to be a problem everytime. Food is not good, service is not either. Chicken over done. Tried to leave review on app but it won't let me in to leave review

Journey Beyond

Tried to support this establishment a total of 3 times!!! Disappointed all 3 times. Chicken grease old and burnt, missing pieces 2 of the times purchased. Idk who owns this franchise but they should have more pride and monitor the workers! People work hard for their money and bless your restaurant with patronage only to be let down😔 it’s enough negativity and despair in the world you should be able to enjoy your meal instead of throwing money out the window!!!SMH PS. Tried calling to see if we could rectify the problems only to discover there’s no way to contact anyone , the number has been changed to a non published number! IMAGINE THAT???????

When I visited today they were busy, but I still got a messed up order. No biscuits and the order was not correct with the number of chicken pieces. Glad it's across town so I won't be tempted to go back. The coleslaw was also grayish,mac n cheese the powder didn't disolve and was grainy.
