Feel Like Stay with a friend. This place is dated, but the owner was very friendly. The room size is ok. Clean. Fair for this price. save. quiet. It is 7 minutes from Walmart and McDonald and 22 minutes from Letchworth State Park

The room appeared clean and smelled fine so no complaints there. I was happy that for the price of the hotel it included a microwave and a mini fridge. Unfortunately though the freezer portion of the mini fridge was frozen solid and definitely needed to be defrosted probably 2 months ago. I actually needed the freezer portion of my mini fridge so that was a slight disappointment but no big deal. The mattresses are extremely cheap and uncomfortable, I'm not sure if they're just cheap or cheap and old but definitely not a comfortable mattress. The weird comforter on the bed was pretty disgusting and stained on the bottom so it kind of freaked me out that that was on the clean bedding that you're sleeping in. The pillows are pretty generic and also cheap, because everything is so cheap it makes me wonder if they're cutting corners on their cleaning products and laundry. The bathroom really gave heebee jeebees. I don't know how to put it nicely. The shower looked disgusting, it really needs to be reglazed. It seemed clean and probably was but seriously, the look of it, the whole time I showered I felt like bugs were going to crawl on me. The flooring in the bathroom felt unsanitary as it was peeling up, that can be redone with some new vinyl squares for $10 so why wouldn't they fix it. Just really not a decent bathroom. The price is super cheap though! You get what you pay for. But the nasty shower, peeling floors, stained comforter and extremely poor quality mattress gets a 3 star and did that price, $55 less than the nearest hotel, is good enough for most people and I'll deal.

This small motel has very friendly staff. Also it is very accommodating. Me and a few friends waoted for someone to drive us, our friend was late and came after check out time. The manager there allow us to stayed with no extra charge.

Solid four star review with great thanks to Ange for her kindness and generosity. She's a great owner and this has a very clean feel for an older style motel. We used this as a jumping off point for our visit to Letchworth State Park, and appreciated the high-end Mennonite style solid wood furniture in the room. As expected there are a few edges but this is a real four star review. Great value, thanks again!
