Gina is very rude and has no empathy. This is the clear example of people who join the metal field for the wrong reasons. It’s clear this places cares only cares about money by having more patients. This place used to be very good but now it seems they care about money so they hire very unskilled and unprepared nurses who have no idea what human compassion and empathy is.

The most unprofessional people ever. My doctor left and I was handed off to Dr Gina a woman who does not even tell you her last name. My session was over the phone and she was 30 min late in calling and never stopped talking and I wasn't able to ask questions. She told me about my meds that I have been on for years as if I didn't know why I was taking them. She wanted to cut my dose in more that half while telling me that I never should have been prescribed that dose in the first place, she knocked my previous doctors from that same practice. I called and asked to be changed and I was told that I should meet her in person it would be a better experience. I refused and the next day I was told they did give me a new doc and I made the appt and bridged the meds and one hour later received another call from Rich and told it was a mistake and I have to see the original doc . My issues and concerns where irrelevant to them. The worst care possible. Strongly recommend staying far away from this place
