I absolutely love the lay out of our 3 bdrm apt. Staff is very friendly and on top of things. It's pet friendly, which is a plus for me. It can get a little rowdy during the summer with college students, before school starts. However, after a couple weeks it dies down. Great and convenient location for stores and commute. Management and maintenance are really taking the initiative to clean the property up and make it safer. Mansfield PD and University security do patrol the property and are quick to respond to any calls made.. The only issue I have is security. I feel security cameras do need to be in place on every floor in both directions, entrance and exit. Brian, Allison, Justin and Buddy are amazing people!

Been here for a couple years. Property staff have always been amazing! Everyone is friendly. Some of the students are a bit loud at times, and party at times they shouldn’t but that can sometimes be fixed with a knock (Or two) if you really want it to stop. Great area, great neighborhood! As I write this Improvements are being made that we definitely needed!! I can see Great things coming! We love the commons!

I've lived at the Commons property for quite a few years. They have made significant improvements and are always doing things for the residents that you would never see at other places. The staff have really made this a nice place to live as well. I highly recommend the Commons for renting as it is always clean, relatively quiet, and great management.

Five stars, Five stars, Five stars. The staff is so personable, the attention to detail is so keen. Rooms are loaded with amenities, the community is very pleasant. Great stepping stone for college students leaving the dorms, or anybody that needs a great apartment for a fair price. Can't say enough good things about the Commons at Mansfield.
