To the person saying someone hung up on you at royal bird company, I never give reviews but i just had to resspond to that person...you are wrong, i just called them today,10-3-2021 at 6 pm, there voice mail is full and it answers and it clicks and then a dialtone, THE VOICE MAIL IS FULL, i have gotten this several times before, so stop giving bad reviews to good people when you are wrong. I finally got through to check on them and see what they have available. I talked to sheila for over an hour, so NO they do not hang up on people. I have purchased 3 birds from sheila and mike at royal bird company over a course of 20 years. They are amazing. they have the most fantastic birds in the nation, royal bird is very large research center and I would never purchase from any where else, i own 3 pet birds, ALL from RBC, hyacinth and a yellow naped, and a candy stripe mutation african grey. and they are absolutely great birds. I also own a VERY RARE blue female yellow naped i got about a year ago from Mike, he is very picky about who he sells them to as they are one of the rarest mutation parrots in the world. very very exspensive. I am on the list for a pair of blue yellow naped. I have just gotten the female last year from them, just waiting on the male from them. They have some of the most rare birds. i visited about 10 years ago and was shown over the 20 acres of their compound, ITS AMAAZING. i just hate they are slowing down and may be retiring soon. NO ONE has or does what they do so be careful.the internet is full of scammers. If RBC does allow you to own one of their birds you are lucky one as not all people get one. they are very selective. thanks mike and sheila for being there for me. luv you guys, ya the best

I would give them 100 stars if possible. RBC know what they are doing.In the late 80 to early 90's our miami breeding facility bred endangered cockatoos and highly difficult to breed birds(gang gangs,red tails,lead beaters and 2 pair goliath palms. We tried to incubate eggs to help with saving eggs, we had very little luck, We contacted mike at RBC in 95, his expertise and artificial incubation knowledge was massive. These people freely shared their hard earned knowledge and research, he sent me a box of copied research documents almost 1,000 pages. back then there was no wide use of internet, so it was all hard copies. I read and used these information as well talked with him on phone for hours. Thank you mike for helping us save 100's of eggs and babies. I no longer breed and am retired from my animal clinic business.I had the pleasure of a rare visit to RBC main farm in 2004, they took me around by modified golf carts over their 20 acres. WOW, it was amazing.hundreds of units with video cctv for remote viewing and documenting research data.thank you again for all you guys do, dr Gomez dvm, i miss the talks.
