I go to this store fairly regularly. Never had an issue. I've ordered online many times. Never had an issue. Someone made my sandwich today completely wrong. I called the store after my delivery for a solid 20 minutes and NO ONE ever picked up the phone. Very unprofessional, very rude, very bad customer service, very disappointed. If it wasn't for Grubhub, I wouldn't have a recourse except to get in my car, waste my time and gas to get to actually speak with someone. Really?!?! Answer the phone!!!
