The food was ok. However, the customer service was sub-basement! The young guy giving us out food didn't speak when we came in. He threw the receipt down that I needed to sign and didn't say thank you when we paid. Man please, we are spending our money at your establishment, even if you only work there, what a TERRIBLE display of customer service! My advice, avoid this place! No one wants to come spend their money in a place where the workers don't show appreciation for consumers! Hence, further solidified why I HATE eating out! Even when I try to give places a chance, they don't cease to make my position true! Eat at home...you won't get the negative attitudes from people who either hate their job or hate seeing you in their business!! Either way, your meal will be better than eating here!

Terrible service! The worker was down right RUDE. We were visiting from out of town and wanted chinese food. We got “ decent” food and the worse service ever! The worker didn’t even speak or greet us when we came to pick up the order. We will never go back. And btw, the Food was NOT that good….

The only good Chinese food Thomasville has to offer. I've tried everywhere, hopeing to find a few good spots. Not a single one other than Lucky Chen's. The food is always hot, perfect, and fast. When I was living in thomasville, this lady would hear my voice and know everything I was about to order. She's delivered to me after hours, this place is absolutely phenomenal.

I'll give them 3 stars reasons , fried rice is hard and lots of spots uncooked ! The boneless spareribs are not that great , the chicken teriyaki was not bad ! The phone service was not that grea! If Your giving this place 5 stars YOU have not left Lexington! Will have to decide for your self .. Glad this is not my only choice in Chinese food .
